Pumpkin pancakes


If you’re trying to figure out what to do with pumpkin puree left over from the myriad of baked goods and soups that you may be making this season, consider making these pumpkin spice pancakes. I followed the recipe exactly, opting for butter instead of oil. They came out delicious and added a welcome burst of fall and spicy goodness to our weekend breakfast!
